Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the product and destination, typically ranging from 7–20 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, holidays, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
If a package is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, you are responsible for contacting the carrier directly — we cannot replace or refund delivered items.
